THE FOLLOWING ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT UNDER WHICH ROOMS ARE
PERMITTED TO BE USED BY GUESTS AND ARE BINDING ON THEM:-

Bookings.
Guests may book in advance or on arrival. Rooms are subject to availability; Asantewaa Premier Guesthouse
(AP) reserves the right to refuse any individual without explanation. A deposit will be required to secure booking(s) of the accommodation by cash. Full payment will be made on
arrival.

Check In & Out Times.
Guests may check in at The AP Guesthouse any time from 12.pm, if a guest has not checked in by 5.00pm The
AP Guesthouse is entitled to re-let the room unless the guest has informed The AP Guesthouse that he/she will
be arriving late.

On departure, guests must vacate their rooms no later than 11.00am. Failure to do so will result in The AP
Guesthouse charging an additional night.

Room keys must be deposited at the reception desk whenever guests leave the premises and at the time of
check out. It is not permitted to lock rooms with personal locks.

Valuables.
Guests with valuables should ask to have them stored in the safe.

Parking
Free Secured parking is possible on site

Losses, Liabilities.
Guests must report any loss or damage to their property immediately upon discovery to the reception.

Guests may not enter any areas, which are indicated as being closed to the public. The AP Guesthouse shall
not be responsible for death, personal injury, loss or damage to property suffered by a guest.

The AP Guesthouse is not liable for any loss or damage caused to a guest’s vehicle, unless caused by the AP
willful conduct.

Guests will be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury they may cause at the AP Guesthouse.

Ghana Law shall govern these conditions and you agree to submit the jurisdiction of the Ghana Courts.

Payment.
All Guests must settle additional charges (drinks & other) on departure from The AP Guesthouse.
